Symptoms

When a job running on an Agent executes a Job Control Action as part of a Response, the Action is executed on the Master. When it executes the action, the Master incorrectly reports error 5407:

Errors were encountered while executing a Job Control Action for Agent AGENTNAME:
ADT005142I: Job Control Action started target job "JOBNAME" instance(s) 4 on server (local)
[ADT005407E]

Cause

The Master is incorrectly reporting this informational message as an error.

Resolution

This message does not indicate an error condition and can be ignored. It does not affect job execution.
