We are generally happy to answer your questions about any version of any of our products. However, we cannot promise support for versions of the product other than the "Supported Versions" listed below. No updates are being made to unsupported versions, so we cannot offer any software fixes to unsupported versions, and will not investigate software problems in those versions.
Software fixes are made only to the Current Version shown below. If you are using an earlier version and encounter a software problem, you may be asked to update to the latest version before we investigate the problem. In all cases, any fix for a problem will require that you first update to the latest version.
Upgrades within a major version (for example, from 2.0 to 2.1) are free for all customers.
