Symptoms

When a job runs on an Agent, Captured Files for that job may not appear in the history for the job on the Controller

More Information

Files are correctly captured on the Agent and sent to the Controller, but due to a problem introduced in version 5.0.3 they may not be added to the job history, making it impossible to view them from the Console.

Workaround

To view the Captured Files, connect the Console directly to the Agent instance and view the job history there.
