The recent log4j vulnerability (CVE-2021-44228, "log4shell") affects Java-based applications using the log4j framework. Arcana Development's products (adTempus, Report Commander) do not use Java and therefore are not affected. Likewise, Arcana Development's Web site and internal systems do not use Java and are not affected.

Our products do use log4net, which is a .NET port of log4j, but log4net is not affected by this vulnerability because it does not use Java.
