Symptoms

The Job List in the adTempus Console shows that a job has one or more active instances, even though no jobs are running.

Cause

The internal counter used to track the number of active instances has gotten out of sync, causing the Console to report that there are active instances when there are not.

Workaround

In some cases restarting the adTempus service may resolve the problem.
