Symptoms
If a Condition on a job or step has the "Once satisfied, do not re-evaluate for this instance" option checked, adTempus may ignore the condition and run the job or step even if the condition is not met.
Cause
This problem is caused by a change introduced in Maintenance Update 7 (adTempus version 3.0.7).
Affected Versions
This problem only affects adTempus version 3.0.7 (3.00.0700). Earlier and later versions are not affected.
To determine what adTempus version you have installed:
- Run the adTempus Console and connect to the adTempus server.
- Select the server name in the Console tree and select About from the Help menu.
- In the Version Information section, look at the "Server Version" section and find the "product" version number. If the server product version is "3.00.0700", the server is affected by this problem.
Status
A hotfix was released on December 1 to correct this problem. The hotfix can be obtained through the "Check for Updates" command on the Help menu in the adTempus Console or in the adTempus program group on the Start menu, or it can be downloaded here.
After applying the hotfix, the adTempus product version will be 3.0.7.1 (3.00.0701).
