Symptoms
When you try to run the Execution Schedule or Job Inventory report from the adTempus Console, adTempus displays the error message "An unexpected error has occurred." When you display the details of the error, you see information similar to the following:

More Information
This error appears to be caused by a coflict between the reporting components used by adTempus and software already on the client computer. The error is not related to the adTempus database or database engine, despite the appearance of "Failed to load database information" in the error message. The affected reports do not read directly from the adTempus database.
Workaround
This problem affects the client software, not the adTempus service. If you have access to another computer, you can install the adTempus Console on that computer and connect to the same adTempus service. In many cases you will be able to run the report from the new Console installation.
