Summary
If a program is configured to run on startup (using the Run __ minutes after service startup) option, the program will not be run if its properties are edited between the time the Arcana Scheduler service starts and the time the program should run.
More Information
For example, you have scheduled a program to run 10 minutes after service startup. The computer is restarted and the Arcana Scheduler service starts at 11:05. At 11:10 you edit the properties of the program to change the user account. The program is not run at 11:15 as it should be.
The program will be run properly the next time the service and/or computer is restarted, as long as its properties are not modified between the time the service starts and the time when it should run.
In some cases a change to the computer's clock may cause the same behavior, as clock changes can cause the Arcana Scheduler to recalculate the execution schedule for programs, which can cause the on startup programs to get missed.
Status
This problem was resolved in 2.3.2 of the Arcana Scheduler. Please see the download page to download the current version of the software.
