Summary
When the evaluation period expires for an evaluation copy of the Arcana Scheduler the Scheduler will not run scheduled programs (though programs can still be run using the "Run Now" feature).
The program's status in the Schedule Administrator, however, does not give any explanation for why the program did not run.
More Information
Although the program status does not indicate an error, the following message is written to the Event Viewer when an evaluation license expires:
The evaluation period for this copy of the Arcana Scheduler has expired. No programs will be run until the software has been licensed. See the online help for more information.
Additionally, the About dialog (available on the Help menu in the Administrator) displays a message indicating that the evaluation period is expired.
Workaround
If you do not have a license for the software you will need to purchase one.
If you have purchased a license, this error indicates that you have not properly installed your electronic license certificate for the software. Click here for more information.
