Summary

When installation of the Arcana Scheduler fails (i.e., when the installation rolls back), the log file produced by the installer may provide information that will help to resolve the problem.

This log is produced automatically if you are installing version 2.2.20 or later of the Arcana Scheduler. The file will be located in the system temporary directory (the folder pointed to by the TEMP environment variable) and will be called "adsmsi.log".

Please include this file when you contact technical support for help with an installation problem.
