Summary

Programs run by the Scheduler (or other programs running on the computer) display an error message similar to the following:

<ServiceName> - DLL initialization failure Initialization of the dynamic link

library c:\windows\system32\user32.dll failed. The process is terminating abnormally.

The error occurs only on computers that have Cheyenne Arcserve version 6.x installed.
