In Article ID: K00000189 there are a few environment variables that you can use in an (e-mail) response.
I wonderded if you can add a few more.

• Current Date/Time
• Job Start Date/Time
• Job End Date/Time
• Step Start Date/Time
• Step End Date/Time
• Step Description/Notes (ADTStepDescription is now Step Name, not Description)
• Job Description/Notes (ADTJobDescription is now Job Name, Not Description)
