The adTempus server died. By the time it was restarted, several files used on file triggers arrived. How can the system recover from it? I need to be able to setup the jobs to recover or at least to identify the files in question.

There's no elegant solution at this time. You could have a copy of the job that uses a startup trigger, with a condition on the appropriate filespec so it only runs if there are files in the directory. However, that would only start a single instance of the job, so your program would need to scan the directory and process all the files there.
