I have a job with multiple conditions (other jobs that must have completed successfully). Is it possible to see which defined condition is causing the job to wait in the state 'Job Waiting for Condition'?

There is no way to see, while the job is still waiting, which conditions are causing the problem, but we have that on the list to do as an enhancement.
If you have version 3.0.6 or later, once adTempus stops waiting for the conditions it will write a message to the log for the job saying which conditions were met and which ones weren't. This only helps you if you have a limit on how long it will wait for a condition, and after that limit is reached and the wait times out.
