Dear all,

we have been using adtempus service for more than 8 years now and three days ago, we received error "connect between the console and server has broken". This message has been explained in K00000208.

Our question is why this never happened in the past 2008 since we have using ver2.0.4.0 for a long time. We didn't tweak or add anything to application recently.

What is the possible cause of this connection broken? Anyone with the similar experience?
