Anyone know of a way to trigger a job at, say, 6AM after the arrival of a trigger file?

Don't quite understand what you're trying to do. Do you mean that the trigger file might show up any time but you don't want to run the job until 6am? If so you could schedule the job to run at 6am and then use a file condition to have it run only if the file is there.
