Would someone please confirm or deny whether what I'm seeing is designed behavior or a bug.

Essentially what I am doing is attempting to control another job through the responses tab within a job.  If I select "The job succeeded" as the event and "Terminate a job" from the "Control a job or step" sub-menu, I cannot select any other job to terminate but the "current".  No matter what job I pick, when I hit OK I see "Terminate job <Current Job>" in the response window bottom pane.

I looked through the known issues and did not see this listed.  I'm hoping someone can help.  Thanks.
