How is the Load Balancing processed?

 

CPU-usage, JobCount etc.??

Load balancing looks first at the average CPU usage over the previous 2 to 3 minutes. If the CPU load is roughly the same between two agents, it looks at the number of running jobs.

I'm having trouble getting a load-balanced job triggered by the creation of a file whether that is a network share or locally on the host computer or the two load-balanced agents.  The job I have can only run on one of the two agents.
