I need to have one Adtempus master running on one server, and 6 or 7 agents runing on other servers, and consoles on more than 2 computers(so i can configure the master from home etc.)
How many licenses do I need to buy?
Can I start a job on a disterbuted server without an agent on the disterbuted server?

You need a license for the Master and one for each Agent. You do need additional licenses to install the Console on additional computers.
You cannot run a job on a computer that does not have an Agent installed.
