Hi All,
We are getting the below for one of the crystal report when we execute through command-Line builder.
Error: Failed to export report: Unknown Database Connector Error Unknown Database Connector Error.
But it runs fine from HPSM. Let me know how we can fix this.
Please provide the following information:
What version of Report Commander? 32-bit or 64-bit version?
What version of Windows? 32-bit or 64-bit?
What kind of database are you connecting to? What kind of driver (OLEDB, ODBC, ...)?
What version of Crystal Reports was used to create the report?
