Report Not Found

I'm currently trialing ReportCommander.

I'm trying to schedule a report that prints a report from a MAPPED DRIVE on a local pc (the drive is mapped to a server folder).

When I'm logged in, and I test print, the report prints fine.

When scheduling the report, using 'print when not logged on' with my credentials entered, the report fails.

Thoughts?

When you run the report from the scheduler it is running in a different logon session than your interactive one, and the drive letter mappings are not available. (See this article for a discussion of this in relation to our scheduling software.)

To avoid this you should use the UNC path to the server folder rather than relying on drive letter mappings. E.g., use "\\myserver\myshare\Perinatal\Perinatal Missing Data.rpt".
